About Nautinix
Nautinix is a service brand of PT Delvonix Global Indonesia (“we”, “us”), a private company providing consulting and ship document and maritime licensing services in Indonesia. The nautinix.com website is operated by PT Delvonix Global Indonesia.
We are not a government agency
Nautinix is an independent private consultancy. We are not part of, do not represent and do not act on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation, the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, the Harbour Master, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, any other government agency or any classification society.
Decisions to issue, refuse, suspend or revoke documents, certificates and licences rest entirely with the competent authority or body. Our role is to help prepare, check, submit and follow up the application on your behalf.
Information on this website
The content of this website, including the Knowledge pages, guides, FAQ and regulation summaries, is general information. It is not legal advice and does not replace the official text of the regulations or an assessment of your specific vessel and business.
Maritime regulations and procedures change. We work to keep the content accurate and show review dates, but we do not guarantee that all information is always complete or up to date. Refer to official sources, such as the relevant agency’s JDIH legal database, or discuss your case with us before making decisions.
Consultations and service agreements
Working with us follows these terms:
- An initial consultation by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form is free of charge and does not bind either party.
- Document work starts once the scope, service fee and estimated schedule are agreed in writing, for example in a quotation or service agreement.
- If these Terms & Conditions differ from a written service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.
Service fees and PNBP
The Nautinix service fee pays for our work. It is separate from non-tax state revenue (PNBP) and other official charges set by the government or related bodies, and from third-party costs such as vessel surveys or inspections.
PNBP is a state levy paid into the state treasury at the rates set by the applicable regulations. If we pay it on your behalf, it is invoiced separately from our service fee against the official payment receipt. We share the breakdown of our service fee and the estimated official charges before any work begins.
We do not offer, promise or make unofficial payments of any kind to officials or staff to speed up or guarantee the outcome of an application.
No guaranteed outcomes or timelines
Timeframes on this website, on the service pages and in our quotations are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual processing time depends on how complete the documents are, survey or inspection schedules, queues and systems at the agencies, and regulatory changes.
Because the final decision rests with the competent authority, we do not guarantee that a document or licence will be issued, issued within a particular time, or issued without additional requirements.
Your obligations
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- provide data and documents that are true, complete, valid and within your authority to hand over;
- tell us promptly about any change in vessel, ownership or company details that affects the application;
- make the vessel accessible for surveys, measurements or inspections as scheduled;
- not use this website for unlawful purposes, to send harmful content or to disrupt its operation.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents you provide. We may refuse or stop work if there are signs of invalid documents or a request that breaks the law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- decisions, refusals, delays or policy changes by government agencies and related bodies;
- losses caused by data or documents that are incorrect, incomplete or provided late, including resulting sanctions or delayed vessel departures;
- indirect losses, such as loss of revenue, profit or business opportunity;
- decisions you make based solely on the general information on this website;
- outages, technical errors or unavailability of this website or of linked third-party services.
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the service fee you have paid for that engagement, unless the service agreement states otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

You may read, print and share links to pages for personal or internal business use. Copying, republishing or commercial use of the content without our written permission is not allowed.

Links to third-party sites
This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and official government websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Privacy
How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be settled amicably through discussion. If no agreement is reached, it will be resolved by the competent court in Indonesia, unless the service agreement provides otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions are available in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the update date at the top. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms; ongoing engagements continue under the service agreement already agreed.
