PT Delvonix Global Indonesia: The Company Behind Nautinix
Nautinix is a ship document service brand operated by PT Delvonix Global Indonesia, a consulting and ship document services company with its office in Cikini, Menteng, Central Jakarta.
We help vessel owners, shipping companies and fishing businesses meet their ship document obligations in Indonesia through nine service categories: vessel registration and nationality documents, commercial vessel permits, fishing vessel permits, safety and pollution prevention certification, BKI classification and surveys, crew documents, port clearance (SPB) and departure documents, document monitoring and renewals, and regulatory and maritime compliance consulting.
In our day-to-day work we coordinate with the agencies and systems involved in ship documentation, including the Directorate General of Sea Transportation and the Harbour Masters (Syahbandar) under the Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, and online systems such as OSS-RBA and Inaportnet.
Nautinix is an independent services company: we are not part of any government agency and our services do not replace their authority. The decision to issue a document always rests with the competent agency; our role is to prepare the requirements correctly, submit the application and see the process through to completion.
Based in Central Jakarta, we serve clients across Indonesia. Most of the work can be coordinated remotely by WhatsApp, phone and email, and the first consultation is free and without obligation.
