What This Service Covers
Every crew member must hold valid maritime documents: the Seafarer Book as identity, CoC as proof of competency (ANT/ATT for commercial; ANKAPIN/ATKAPIN for fishing), CoP for basic safety skills, and PKL as a valid employment agreement. Incomplete crew documents can cause SPB rejection.
